Welcome to Gracie's Kitchen
Welcome to Gracie's Kitchen where our primary mission is to nourish the hungry and feed their spirit. Gracie’s Kitchen began serving dinner guests in September of 2009 under the Homeless Coalition of Nassau County Florida. In January 2021, Gracie's Kitchen was established as a stand alone 501c3 non-profit organization with the same mission. Through the grace of God, generous support of private donations, USDA foods, Farm Share, and community volunteers, the kitchen has grown exponentially and now serves over 3,500 dinners per month. Open four to five days a week to serve guests, the kitchen relies solely on volunteer teams from various churches and organizations throughout the county to function and serve those in need.
Gracie’s Kitchen is 100% volunteer run and all donations go directly towards feeding and helping those in need.

Before you find out more about us, we'd like to introduce you to St. Pasqual Baylon, the beloved patron saint of Gracie's Kitchen, who was born in Spain in the mid-1500s. Tradition holds that angels would assist St. Pasqual as he worked in the kitchen to feed the poor in his community. His prayer is the same prayer of those who work at Gracie's Kitchen: "I joyfully celebrate the food I am given. May it deeply nourish every soul that I feed."
